Favorites Friday: Healthy Bread

It’s Friday everyone, we made it! Where’s my glass of wine? I work at an elementary school and as much as I love it, the weekends are precious to me. We are talking Gollum and his ring precious. So, I thought it would be fun to celebrate the start of weekends with favorites Friday.  Look out on Fridays for a short little post about one of my must have items. They will mainly be food items, but I might throw in something else every once in awhile to keep ya guys on your toes.

I’ve already discussed this before in previous posts, but I’m a bread freak! Anything that contains flour is a favorite of mine. This week my must have item, is you guessed it, bread. Brownberry Natural Wheat is one of my favorite go to wheat breads. This bread contains all natural ingredients and has no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. What you see is what you get with this bread. I feel like a lot of wheat breads are tricky and most aren’t even good for you. Pay attention to the ingredients list is all I can say.

Protein: 3 g

Fat: 1.5g

My favorite way to eat this is toasted with about half a tbsp of organic butter. Enjoy!
