Roman-Style Chicken Recipe

Everyone needs a go to meal for when they have guests over, this is mine! This meal is so elegant, but yet so easy. Not to mention delicious. It’s a little bit of Italy without all the hand made pasta and intensive cooking. It’s a dish containing browned chicken, salty prosciutto, and tangy capers. I put this dish over egg noodles, because I love the way the egg noodles soak up the sauce from the dish. You can omit the egg noodles or switch them out for whole wheat, buck wheat, or veggie noodles. The best part about this dish is you can make it ahead and reheat it right before guests arrive. I cooked this dish using my Rachel Ray pots and pans set, which I love! They are a good quality set of cookware for a reasonable price. This dish can be found on  Food Network, hope you guys enjoy!
