I swear one of these days I’m going to move to Maine, New Orleans, Maryland, or Sicily. What do all of these places have in common? One of my favorite foods in all this world, seafood. I’m so obsessed with fish that I swear I could become a vegetarian and be perfectly okay. I’m constantly looking for recipes that have any type of fish in it, especially salmon, like this recipe. This is my go to salmon recipe, because it’s so simple. The prep time is only 15 mins! So, even when you’re pressed for time you can whip this up in a flash.
