In this post I’m specifically featuring one of her wellness recipes, a turmeric tonic recipe. This recipe is so delicious and has so many healthy benefits. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, it can prevent arthritis, cancer, it helps control diabetes, improves skin health, detoxifies the liver, improves digestion, and more. This recipe will help you get your fix of turmeric with all the great taste!

Turmeric Tonic Recipe

1 orange, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled
1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
1/2-1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 cup of water
Directions
- Blend all of the ingredients, except for the turmeric, in the blender until the ginger is chopped up.
- Strain the contents through a fine mesh strainer, unless you like the pulp.
- Add in the turmeric and stir.
- Add more water to top it off.
