Who else is running around during the week trying to find a decently healthy meal to feed your family? You’re not alone here guys! I love when I can find a meal that takes me under thirty minutes and has nutritional value to it. This healthy chicken and broccoli stir fry recipe checks off all those boxes. Essentially, the meal is just chicken and broccoli, how easy is that?
I like this healthy chicken and broccoli stir fry recipe because you can make it using different steps, but still get the same result. So, don’t worry about messing anything up with this recipe. I use my wok to make this dish, but if you don’t have one, a regular saute pan will do. First, you’re going to want to brown the chicken in the pan. I enjoy when my chicken has a little crisp to the outside of it and that’s why I brown it first. Next, I add broccoli, soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic, and pepper flakes. I let that cook for about 10 minutes and its done! The full directions are below and believe it or not, there are only three steps. Add a side of brown rice to this dish and it takes it from serving two people to four.
