

Easy Easter Cupcakes Just in Time for Easter!
I had such fun with these Easter cupcakes and suggest you make them for Easter this year! Before you start these, realize that most of your time will be spent decorating. So, make the rest of the baking experience as easy as possible. Pick your favorite vanilla, chocolate, or lemon cupcake recipe and whip them up. Also, don’t feel bad about picking up your favorite container of pre-made icing. I admit, there is nothing like homemade Swiss meringue buttercream icing, but when you’re spending all this time decorating, you’ll be happy to skip a step. Set up a decorating station and get comfortable. It takes a little time and patience, but is so much fun!

Tools and Ingredients You Will Need.
- Large and Mini Marshmallows
- Grass Piping Tip
- Food Coloring
- Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- Egg Jelly Beans
- Large Piping Tip (for chick’s body)
- Small Piping Tip (for bunny’s pink feet, chicks eyes and feet, inside of bunny’s ears, and flowers on yellow cupcake)
