Whip Up This Easy 6 Ingredient Bacon Avocado Wedge Salad In A Flash!
This recipe was inspired by one ingredient, bacon! I’ve been wanting to create a wedge salad for quite some time now and I knew I wanted bacon on it. I don’t know why, but I always just picture a wedge salad with bacon on it. Okay, I picture all my salads with bacon on it, but especially wedge salads. A wedge salad has these huge quarter pieces of iceberg lettuce that can with stand a hearty ingredient like bacon. I then paired that combination with a dressing that most famously compliments the two, ranch. After that I filled in the pieces with some ingredients that I love and can be found in my fridge often. This 6 ingredient bacon avocado salad is delicious and great for weeknights when you need a meal in a flash!
I’m honestly not the biggest fan of ranch dressing. I know, I know, save the gasps. If you’re like me and could pass on the ranch dressing, check out this Green Goddess Dressing from Food Network! It is a delicious and herb filled dressing that will pair well with this salad!
